Appointed on an Independent Contractor basis (subject to current requirements and guidelines for the classification of Independent Contractors), we are seeking senior management professionals with the gravitas to consult at Board room level with group restaurant and food service operators, focused at delivering our solutions, introducing process, controls and through Intelligent Dashboards providing our Clients with unprecedented operational and financial visibility.
You are probably a former Chief Operating Officer, Financial Officer, Vice President of Operations or existing industry consultant with a detailed knowledge of the challenges faced by multi outlet operators. With a Bachelors or Master’s degree you will be both commercially and tech savvy.
With a sound sector understanding, you are by nature analytical, a problem solver and a solution finder and have the ability to establish, nurture and grow relationships at the highest levels.
The primary role is to deliver Client value and through identifying ‘pain points’ in the Client organization and matching our solutions, deliver positive cash generation for the Client from Day 1.
On Target Earnings for year 1 is $120K with a retainer base of $120K in year 2 and an OTE of $180K. Earnings are uncapped and top performers will be able to achieve earnings of in excess of $300K.
